The number of students selected to join Form One in 2017

Minister of State in the President's Office, Regional Administration and Local Government, George Simbachawene has said that 526,653 students out of 555,291 who passed the test to finish the seventh grade this year have been selected to join Form One year in government high schools.

Speaking to journalists on 28 November 2016 in Dodoma Simbachawene Minister stated that 28,638 students, including 12,937 boys and 15,701 girls were not elected in the first round of elections.
