I am quite stepfather violated Arrested for Child's Death To Three Years
A young child who is three years old resident of the village Nyamihaga Buhigwe District in Kigoma is dead after a sexual assault by her stepfather.
Regional Police Commander of Kigoma, Ferdinand Ahmadu said yesterday that they have arrested a suspect arrested Hamimu Saidi (27), a resident of the village of Nyamihaga.
Giving instructions about the incident, the commander said the suspect Mtui implement its commitment that when the mother of the child who was the wife of the suspect went to the well to fetch water.
She said after she returned home from the well witnessed his son complained when he wanted to relieve small and there was pomchunguza he realized that the child had been interrupted by injuries to his genitals.
Commander Ahmadu said after finding it, the mother of the child took the child and took him to the regional hospital of Maweni for treatment, where it was discovered that the child had been raped and had squeezed the neck when he underwent the act so out of breath when he underwent such atrocities.
The commander said however the child died in the Maweni Regional Hospital he was treated and that after the diagnosis and investigation of the police, the child's body was handed over to relatives for burial.
"We now suspect Hamimu Saidi is being held at Central Police Station in Kigoma during investigation underway to hold a trial procedures should be undertaken and that it expects any trial when the investigation is completed," explained Commander Mtui.
