7 Regional Heads Endangered butchered for failure Implementing Decree of the President Magufuli

Heads of seven regions are at risk of failing butchered the command of President John Magufuli stop the benches in their regions.

The heads of these regions is John Mongella (Mwanza), Brigadier General Emanuel Maganga (Kigoma), Dr. Charles Mlingwa (Mara), Zelothe Steven (Rukwa), Anthony Mataka (Simiyu), Jordan Rugimbana (Dodoma) and Ezekiel Kyunga (Geita).

He said Tanzania Geita leads to shortage of desks 68,306 for primary and 15,669 secondary, Mwanza no shortage of desks 41,438 for primary schools, Kigoma 31,171 for the primary and often there is a shortage of desks 15,843 primary schools and 1,135 schools secondary.

Rukwa has a shortage of 9,634 desks for primary schools and 1,340 secondary schools, Simiyu has deficiencies 10,209 primary schools and 647 secondary schools and Dodoma has deficiencies 10,592 primary schools and 4,281 secondary schools.

Simbachawene he mentioned the problem of concluding regional desks that are Mtwara, Lindi, Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Iringa, Kilimanjaro, Mbeya, Manyara, Njombe, Coast, Ruvuma, Shinyanga, Singida and Tabora.

NMB CEO, Ineke Bussemaker said Sh1.5 billion set aside for the purchase of desks.

He said this year they have bought 10,000 desks worth Sh900 million.
