Chairman of the Board Dr. Retired Lieutenant Colonel. Haroun Kondo, has issued the directive yesterday when he issued a statement about the signing of an agreement between the board of executive directors and top management of the organization about how they should drive to the organization for the benefit.

According to Dr. Kondo, embezzlement within the organization that has crossed borders and can never be tolerated in which he mentioned some of the loopholes of theft that are in operation and management of organizational resources.

He cited how three billion shillings zilivyotafunwa and a few clever pretext of payment for fuel for cars that its reports are not walking show that being in maintenance for a long time.
