Governments must be paid reply oath of citizenship case of Yusuf Manji

Application of a prominent businessman in the country, Yusuf Manji against the Immigration Department has taken a new shape after the government asked to submit a response refractory oath.

The court has ordered the government to make it ifakapo next Monday and planned hearing of the application that day.

Manji has opened the application in the Supreme Court questioning the legality of the detention and the department while he is still lying at the Aga Khan Hospital in Dar es Salaam for treatment.

Immigration accuses the businessman were not citizens of Tanzania.

Order against the Government of presenting a counter affidavit as answers given by Judge Ama-Isario Munisi who listens to these requests.

In these applications was yoyafungua through his lawyer, Hudson Ndusyepo, Manji asks Supreme Court iiagize Immigration imfikishe court to determine the legality of his detention and then command acquit.
