COMPETENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications Operations Management
University Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent Certifications in IP related fields particularly CCNP, CCIP, JNCP
Knowledge of mobile telecommunications network architectures/ technologies
Experience of working with multiple suppliers / vendors / partners i.e. CISCO, Juniper, Huawei etc
Experience in IP environment
Business acumen & awareness

Effective communication skills – oral and written

Training; 
a) Test on the staffs knowledge to policies and procedures; and properly recommend ways to improve for staff involved in process managenet. Policy Compliance a) Identify areas for improvement in the policies, procedures and processes and make recommendations for changes. If appropriate, participate in the annual policy review process. .
b) Ensure strict compliance with Code of conduct and act as Ethics Officers while carries internal controls activitiesies
c) Ensure Internal Control activities are conducted as per Internal Control Manual.

B. QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE;;

Education:
A University degree, preferably in Ecomonics, Finance, Acounting, Business Studies, Banking, Education, or Social and or Natural Sciences.
Language:
A good command in written and spoken English
 Experience: Experience in working with either Micro-finance institution or Banking will be an added advantage A sound knowledge of principles and practices of Microfinance banking, and other deposit taking and or lending institutions.
